Sterling Alberta provides Quality Assurance Inspections for Roof Installation and Replacement projects for commercial, industrial, and institutional clients.

We have a background in Building Envelope Consulting that allows a unique ability to provide holistic Quality Assurance services to our clients for all roofing projects that have building envelope components that are integral to the project’s completion.

Sterling-Alberta is led by our Director of Operations and lead consultant, Patrick Baitson RRO, who has over 22 years in the roofing industry with 12 years experience specializing in Quality Assurance Observations.
