            • ANNUAL STATE OF THE REGION 2026

The Airdrie Regional Chamber of Commerce invites you to join us for the inaugural State of the Region and Economic update.

Sponsored by BDC, this event is designed to strengthen connections and communication between businesses and Rocky View County.
Elected Officials, along with key staff from RVC's Economic Development, Planning, and Executive Leadership teams will present information including the following topics:

              • High level overview of key infrastructure to support business growth
              • Planning and development updates including the development approvals transformation program
              • Regional collaboration and partnerships
              • Strategic priorities and future growth outlook
We’re also honored to welcome Pierre Cléroux, Chief Economist from Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC), who will speak on BDC’s 2026 economic outlook and what it means for Canadian businesses, key insights from BDC’s latest economic studies, and how ongoing uncertainty around U.S. trade policies are affecting the markets.

This is your opportunity to hear directly from County leadership, gain valuable economic insights, and ask questions of both RVC and Pierre during the Q & A.
