Keynote SpeakerDraw the Line: Become the Woman Who Gets What She Decides
Uncertainty is not a strategy.
Yet many women in business operate as if it is, waiting for more clarity, more confidence, better timing, or fewer risks before moving forward. It’s no wonder ideas stall, decisions stretch out, and momentum slips away, not because women aren’t capable, but because fear disguises itself as patience and responsibility.
This message is for women who are ready to stop doubting and start deciding. In this keynote, Cory Davison invites you to step into the kind of ownership that allows you to get what you decide. She shares the personal turning point that reshaped how she learned to face uncertainty, take responsibility for her direction, and turn intention into disciplined action. Through the simple but powerful act of drawing a line, she offers a way to distinguish what truly deserves your energy from what drains it. That same practice became the foundation for building businesses, launching ideas, and leading through constant change.
Grounded in her own entrepreneurial journey and her mission to empower business women inside SHE Community, Cory connects personal agency to real business execution, leadership, and the courage to move ideas into the market. As a certified MIT AI Strategist, she also brings an informed perspective on using AI to increase productivity and growth while strengthening, not replacing, human judgment and creativity.
Cory’s message and experience will leave you with renewed authority for your decisions, clarity on what deserves your energy, and a simple way to move your ideas into action to get the life you decide.
WORKSHOPSYour choice of two workshops to attend! One from each option below.
Workshop 1 (All attendees):
Sherri Wright-SchwietzThe Cost of Success: Redefining Having It All
Join Sherri for an engaging session that challenges conventional ideas of what success as a woman looks like and invites you to define it for yourself.
You’ll be encouraged to step outside your comfort zone, uncover your authentic style, and embrace the truest version of yourself.
Workshop 2 Options:
Shona WelshWorkshop 2 (Option A):
Claiming the Room:
Speak with Authority without Losing Yourself
Ever left a meeting knowing you were right… and still felt unheard? This session tackles the invisible dynamics that shape how women are perceived when they speak — often without anyone realizing it’s happening. Claiming the Room isn’t about becoming louder or ‘tougher’ – it’s about being intentional in making sure what you mean actually lands – without losing warmth, authenticity, or credibility.
Through live demonstrations, sharp insights, and surprisingly fun audience participation, you’ll see how small shifts in delivery can dramatically change how authority, clarity, and presence are read in the room. You’ll recognize familiar habits — over-explaining, softening, subconscious body language — and learn practical ways to hold the floor, respond under pressure, and navigate the ‘likability trap’ with ease.
You’ll leave with simple tools you can use immediately in meetings, presentations, and high-stakes conversations, plus one bold shift you’re ready to make the very next time you speak – anywhere!OR
Dr. Heather CowieWorkshop 2 (Option B):
Growing a Business by Giving Back
What if generosity wasn’t separate from business strategy but the catalyst behind it?
What if “that’s just business” could instead mean making a meaningful difference in the lives of others?
In this inspiring and tactical session, Dr. Heather Cowie shares how embedding purpose into the core of your business can drive loyalty, strengthen culture, increase revenue, and create long-term impact.
As the owner of a multi-doctor optometry practice and founder of an international public health initiative in Guatemala, Heather has seen firsthand how giving back, both locally and globally, doesn’t dilute profit. It amplifies it.
And beyond profit, it brings meaning and joy to your team, your clients, and your own life.
Attendees will learn:
• How to integrate purpose into your business model (without sacrificing margins)
• How generosity builds brand trust and client loyalty
• How giving back strengthens team culture and retention
• How to start small — even in the early stages of business
• How to scale impact sustainably as you grow
This session is for women who want more than financial success — they want significance. You will leave with practical strategies, renewed clarity, and the confidence to build a business that changes lives — including your own.
