HOW TO REGISTER:
Familiarize yourself with the important links below to assist you in completing the three step registration process.


STEP 1
Review the following documents:
A. EXHIBITOR BOOTH MAP - MAIN SHOW  (Use this map to assist you with selecting your booth(s) size and location).

B. EXHIBITOR BOOTH - HALLWAY BOOTHS  (Use this map to assist you with selecting your booth(s) size and location).

C. BOOTH PRICES - MAJOR PRICE REDUCTION for members!! 



STEP 2
Begin the registration process by submitting the Exhibitor Application Form



STEP 3
Click the button below to select your desired booth(s) and complete payment and registration. 

Note: booth placement is at the sole discretion of show management. We do not assign booths on a first come, first serve basis. Confirmation of booth(s)/tables (whether or not you have received a booth/table) will occur in January 2020.  A full refund will be provided to anyone that paid in advance and is not assigned a booth.


ADDITIONAL FORMS AND DOCUMENTS:

AHS REQUIREMENTS FOR PERSONAL SERVICES & PERSONAL SERVICES NOTIFICATION (disregard if you are not performing a personal service ie. touching the public)

AHS - FACE AND BODY PAINTING GUIDELINES (disregard if you are not face/body painting also includes henna art, temporary tattoos & airbrushing)

GES ORDER FORM (disregard unless you need to order additional power (over and above 60 watts), carpet, extra tables, chairs, etc)
