ABOUT RWIB
The Rural Women in Business Conference (RWIB) is an annual conference held in June created for entrepreneurial women in the Airdrie and Area region who are passionate about developing and growing vibrant, sustainable businesses. The RWIB Conference is brought to our region as a collaboration between the Airdrie and Crossfield Chambers of Commerce. This year's theme is Resilience! Our format will remain mostly the same as in previous years, with informative workshops from business experts, a dynamic & inspiring keynote presentation by Leslie Horton, Global News Calgary, a panel discussion, networking opportunities, plus fun and interactive additions to keep you engaged. Attendees will be entered to win great prizes and enjoy a meal and snacks together! The RWIB Conference has a proven track record of bringing women together to provide them with the tools, strategies and connections for their evolving businesses and lives. We look forward to seeing you there!

All Rural Women in Business Conference registrants will receive an attendee gift bag.
Are you a business that would like to contribute to the gift bag?
If yes, this is a great way to market your business! We require 250 items (valued over $5 each) to be included in the gift bag. The 250 items need to be received by June 10, 2022.

BUSINESS Exhibitor
Become a Rural Women in Business Exhibitor at the Event
When filling out your attendee application, be sure select that you would like to exhibit at the event. There are a maximum of 15 exhibitor tables at the event. Exhibitor tables cost an additional $75 (you will be invoiced by the Airdrie Chamber) and have two requirements:
1. Provide your own linen for the exhibitor table
2. Provide a door prize (to be drawn at the event)
Please note: exhibitor tables are sold on a first come, first serve basis.

Up to 10 tickets will be provided complimentary to women who cannot afford the ticket price due to hardship caused by COVID-19 but wish to attend the conference. Global News CalgaryLeslie Horton hosts traffic and community events for the Global News Morning and Global News at Noon shows on Global News Calgary. She’s been supporting local charities in Calgary for nearly 25 years, and created and leads the Morning of Giving (now the Month of Giving), Global Calgary’s signature Christmas fundraising initiative.
