Finalists announced for 2025 Airdrie Business Awards

The Airdrie Regional Chamber of Commerce have announced the finalists for the 2025 Airdrie Regional Business Awards.

According to the chamber, nominations for the awards were open from June 2 to July 28, with over 150 nominations received.

"Nominees are adjudicated by an Awards Committee to determine the finalists for each category," shared the chamber.

The winners will be revealed at the Airdrie Regional Business Awards Gala on October 23, 2025, at Bert Church LIVE Theatre.

The chamber will also present the Hugh Hamilton Business Leader Award, which is bestowed upon an individual who has operated a business for at least three years and has demonstrated exceptional leadership, business acumen, philanthropy, and a commitment to the Airdrie regional business community.

"The Hugh Hamilton Business Leader Award will be pre-selected by a Business Leader Nomination Committee and announced the evening of the awards gala. Nominations for this award category are not accepted by the community."

Aalhus concluded by saying it is a feel-good event, and she wishes everybody could win.

"The beauty of our community is that people just rally for each other, it's such a celebration of people. Everyone is welcome to come get dressed up, have a fun night out on the town here in our community."
