Ten years ago, Tim MacDonald’s life took an unexpected turn when he was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer. This shocking news marked the beginning of a four-year journey of stress, challenges, and setbacks. Among these was a surgical error that left the cancer lingering within him, casting a shadow over his future.
Despite the darkness, Tim found his way through, drawing upon five key supports that became his lifeline. These pillars of strength not only helped him survive but thrive, and now, he stands ready to share his story with you.
Tim's tale is more than just a personal narrative; it's a beacon of encouragement for your life and business. Through his experiences, he aims to inspire and uplift, showing that even in the face of adversity, there is always hope.

Tim has lived in Airdrie for 18 years. He has worked in the social work field for 13 years helping residents source resources for their daily needs. Currently, he is a realtor helping people make their home purchase or sale dreams come true.

This event offers our Chamber Ambassador Program!
Chamber Ambassadors must be an active Airdrie Chamber of Commerce member (in good standing) for a minimum of one year. Chamber Ambassadors will have a strong knowledge of the Chamber's mandate and goals.
When registering to attend this event, you will have three options to choose from:- I want to volunteer to be a Chamber Ambassador (I am a member in good standing and have been a member for a minimum of one year).
- Please pair me with a Chamber Ambassador at the event
- I am not interested in being part of the Chamber Ambassador program.
The goal of the Chamber Ambassador program is to assist our Chamber in enhancing connections in the Airdrie business community.
