The Airdrie Regional Chamber of Commerce, in conjunction with Global University Systems (GUS) Canada, invites you to join us for a virtual consultation session: Talent, Training & Tomorrow: What Airdrie’s Future University Could Mean for Your Business
Airdrie’s business community is growing, along with the need for skilled, workforce-ready talent. This virtual consultation session will introduce the proposed Airdrie University, the academic programs being considered, and what a post-secondary presence could mean for local businesses, workforce development, and the regional economy.
Attendees will learn how future programs may help address skills needs, explore opportunities for employers to connect with students through applied learning and partnerships, and share input on the graduate skills and experience most needed by industry.The proposed initial programs for Airdrie University are as follows:
- Bachelor of Business Administration with majors in Digital Media, Accounting, Or General Business
- Master of Management with specializations in Entrepreneurship, Supply Chain Management, Or General Management
- Master of Data Analytics with specializations in Financial Analytics, Health Analytics Or General Analytics
