Fill your jar coaching is offereing a donation-based journalling workshop series in collaboration with Airdrie Pride Society.
Anshu (pronounced “unshu”) (She/Her)is a coach with expertise in trauma, culture and attachment. She offers strength-based and solution-focused coaching for all genders, age, cultures, and socioeconomic status individuals looking for practical tools and consistent empowerment!
This workshop series will focus on Plant, Root, Nourish, Flower, Fruit and Tree - a journy through self understanding.

Accessibility
This event will be held on Zoom in spoken English. There will be no recording of the event. You will be most comfortable with a stable internet connection, headphones, and an access to your computer microphone.

This is a three-part series where we suggest you attend all sessions. Session dates are April 20th, April 27th, and May 4th (7:00-8:30MST).
Fees/Admission
All donations will go directly to Airdrie Pride Society. Please pay what you are able to for this 3 part series. Consider paying more on the scale if you:
own the home you live in
have investments, retirement accounts, or inherited money
travel recreationally
have access to family money and resources in times of need
work part time by choice
have a relatively high degree of earning power due to level of education (or gender and racial privilege, class background, etc.) even if you are not currently exercising your earning power.
