Stephen has led teams from 100 to 4,000 as a Senior Vice President with a Global Fortune 500 company. He has worked with clients and corporate teams all over the world and has had the good fortune to continually grow in his leadership skills through access to fantastic mentors and coaches. He learned early on in his career that using a coaching leadership approach yielded greater operational outcomes and resulted in higher engagement of teams.
