HOW TO REGISTER: Familiarize yourself with the important links below to assist you in completing the three step registration process.
STEP 1 Review the following documents: A. EXHIBITOR BOOTH MAP(Use this map to assist you with selecting your booth(s) size and location).
Disregard unless you need to order additional power (over and above 60 watts), carpet, chairs, extra table(s), etc

STEP 2 Begin the registration process by completing the online Exhibitor Application Form
After completing the online form, return to this page to complete Step 3 of the registration process.
STEP 3 Click the button below to complete registration and payment. Please contact Ashley at 403-948-4412 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org before clicking the "Register" button if any of the following apply:
You wish to purchase more than one booth
You wish to be invoiced rather than paying via credit card
Or at the time of registration, you do not see the booth size you would like to purchase
Note: booth placement is at the sole discretion of show management. We do not assign booths on a first come, first serve basis. Confirmation of booth(s)/hallway tables (whether or not you have received a booth/table) will occur in January/February 2023. A full refund will be provided to anyone that paid in advance and is not assigned a booth.
Exhibitors wishing to cancel their booth must do so before February 28, 2023. A $150.00 administrative fee for all cancellations made on or before February 28, 2023 will be applied.
Marketing Add On Options:
1. Exhibitor Bingo
Would you like to be included on the exhibitor Bingo Card to ensure active foot traffic to your booth? Purchase a $75.00 square on the bingo card when you pay for your exhibitor booth. You will find this option under the Additional Fee Items tab at the time of registration. 2. Show Program Ad
Promote your business and/or your show deals in the show program to thousands of attendees. Purchase an ad in the show program for either $75.00 (2" x 3.5") or $100.00 (4" x 3.5"). You will find this option under the Additional Fee Items tab at the time of registration. Ads will be created by yourself and added to the show program.
