    Airdrie Music Lessons (AML) began with one student in 2010 & now serves over 400. AML employs 5 full time & 7 part time staff, & provides work for local contractors. AML offers Singing, Piano, Guitar, Drums, Ukulele, Rock Band & Fine Arts Classes to students aged 3 & up AND immersive Rock Star Summer Camps & a variety of free community programming throughout the year (movie nights, listening parties, AML TV Game show, workshops, etc.) Students attend weekly lessons & perform in the local community (2 annual large scale BCT concert days, Good Earth Coffeehouse gigs, charity fundraisers (100 Men/Women, Thumbs Up Foundation, Shriners, Rotary, etc.), Boo At The Creek, Christmas events, Canada Day Parade, festivals & trade shows, etc.) Awards & recognition: 2020 Airdrie Business Award Finalist (Innovation Award) 2019 Best Music School in The Star Metro 2018 Arts Educator Of The Year Award Nominee (Mayor's Awards) 2017 Arts Educator Of The Year Award Nominee (Mayor's Awards) 2016 Positive Music Video Of The Year Winner.
