How to Register:

Important Show Information
A. Exhibitor Booth Map - Click Here

B. 2026 Exhibitor Manual - Click Here

- Forms will automatically submit to AHS
- Disregard if you are not selling/serving food
- Must be completed by March 16, 2026
- Disregard if you are not performing a personal service ie: touching the public - tattooing, permanent make-up, body piercing, make up, hair, nails, lasers, henna, etc.
- Order by Friday, April 3 to avoid additional fees
- 1-600 Watt Single Outlet will be included with your registration if indicated on your application. Please review your planned power requirements for the show and order any additional power you may need.
- This link is intended for those who would like to order additional power, carpet, chairs, extra table(s), etc.
Exhibitor Registration
Registration is only considered complete once all three steps have been fully completed.

STEP 1
- Early bird registration is open November 17 to January 11, 2026 and is reserved exclusively for Airdrie Regional Chamber of Commerce members. If you are not currently a member, please refrain from completing the exhibitor application at this time. If you are interested in become a member, please reach out for more information or visit the Become A Member link above.
- After completing the Exhibitor Application form, return to this page to complete Step 2 of the registration process.
- Please note: You will NOT receive a confirmation email after completing this step.

- If at the time of registration, you do not see the booth size you would like to purchase, please contact Cheryl (information above).
- Note: Booth placement is at the sole discretion of the show manager and priority will be given to those that are paid in full. Confirmation of booth(s)/hallway tables (whether or not you have received a booth/table) will occur in February 2026. A full refund will be provided to anyone that paid in advance and is not assigned a booth.
- IMPORTANT EXHIBITOR INFORMATION. Your booth number is subject to change, your location or size of your booth will not. If you are planning on sending out any marketing information regarding your participation at the show, your updated booth number will be provided to you the week of April 6, 2026.
- After completing your Exhibitor Registration and payment, return to this page to complete Step 3 of the registration process.

Thank you for taking the time to register for the 2026 Airdrie Regional Home and Lifestyle Show. If any part of your registration is incomplete, you will receive an email outlining the steps that still need to be completed.
Otherwise we will be in touch in early 2026 with show information including marketing opportunities, booth placement and more.

Registration closes April 3, 2026
Exhibitors wishing to cancel their booth must do so before January 30, 2026.
A $150.00 administrative fee for all cancellations made on or before January 30, 2026 will be applied.
MARKETING ADD-ON OPTIONS:
1. Exhibitor Bingo
Would you like to be included on the exhibitor Bingo Card to ensure active foot traffic to your booth? Purchase a $125.00 square on the bingo card when you pay for your exhibitor booth. You will find this option under the Additional Fee Items tab at the time of registration.
2. Show Program Ad
Promote your business and/or your show deals in the show program to thousands of attendees. Purchase an ad in the show program for either $75.00 (2" x 3.5") or $125.00 (4" x 3.5"). You will find this option under the Additional Fee Items tab at the time of registration. Ads will be created by yourself and added to the show program.
