2026 Exemplary Service Award - Nomination Form
Thank you for taking the time to nominate a deserving business for the Exemplary Service Award. Self-nominations are welcome and encouraged.
This award recognizes a business that consistently delivers exceptional customer service and creates positive, memorable interactions. It demonstrates a strong commitment to service excellence through impactful initiatives, policies, or practices that go beyond standard expectations and keep the customer experience at the heart of its operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Please refer to the map located on the Award Process page (https://www.airdriechamber.ab.ca/aba-award-process) to ensure the business you are nominating is within the region the Chamber serves.
- The business must be operating for a minimum of two years.
- Nominees are not eligible if they have received this award within the past five years.
Award Criteria
- Consistent Service Excellence - maintains a high standard of customer service across all touchpoints, contributing to positive customer experiences and brand reputation.
- Innovation in Service Delivery - implements unique, effective, or forward-thinking customer service practices or tools that enhance the customer experience.
- Staff Training & Empowerment - invests in staff development to ensure employees are equipped and empowered to deliver top-tier service.
- Responsiveness & Problem-Solving - demonstrates a proactive and effective approach to handling customer inquiries, feedback, and issues.
NOTES: Only one submission per business or organization is required to be nominated. Self-nominations are welcome and encouraged. The ARBA planning committee reserves the right to reallocate nominees into the appropriate award category if they are determined to be ineligible in the Exemplary Service Award category.
