This award recognizes a business that has been operating for at least two (2) years and consistently delivers an exceptional customer service experience. The recipient demonstrates a strong commitment to service excellence through one or more impactful customer service initiatives, policies, or practices. Nominees should go beyond standard expectations to create positive, memorable, and customer-focused interactions.

Award Eligibility:

• Business must be operating for a minimum of two years.
• Nominees must not have received this award in the past five years.
• Be operating at the time of nomination and at the time of presentation of the award.
• Operate within the region indicated on the map.
• Not have anyone in their management, on their board, or as an employee serving on the adjudication committee.
• Have a representative available to attend the Airdrie Regional Business Awards Gala on October 23, 2025.
• Complete and submit a Nominee form to be eligible.
• To be eligible as a finalist for the Airdrie Regional Business Awards, you must be a member of the Airdrie Regional Chamber of Commerce. Submissions from non-members will still be considered; however, if selected as a finalist, you will need to join the Chamber to maintain your eligibility.

NOTES: All nominations remain anonymous. Only one submission per business or organization is required to be nominated. Self-nominations are accepted in this category. The ARBA Planning Committee reserves the right to reallocate nominees into the appropriate award category if they are determined to be ineligible in the Exemplary Service Award category. A business may only be a finalist in one award category.
