    If your company’s finances are a bit of a mystery to you, you’re not alone. Many entrepreneurs wonder about their businesses’ financial health: they’re unsure what to make of seemingly conflicting information such as sales being up but not profits, or why their business looks successful on paper but not in their bank account. Effective financial management and cash flow analysis will support business growth and decision making. This workshop will provide tools and knowledge to help entrepreneurs understand and proactively manage their company’s finances.

    Speaker bio:

    Ismael Cepeda is a Senior Account Manager at Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC). Ismael holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and has experience as a Professor of Financial Analysis. He has led an international corporation and has 17+ years’ experience in business banking. Ismael is passionate about helping entrepreneurs understand what is happening in their business and helping them make a plan to improve their situation.
