This “DESIGNING YOUR LEADERSHIP PLAYBOOK” presentation is an opportunity for leaders at any level, small or large business, to define (or redefine) their “game plan”. You can't manage what you don't measure, and you can't measure what's not written or documented.
This presentation is an opportunity for participants to reflect on corporate culture and apply it to their role. Through skills and knowledge developed in this presentation attendees will learn how to link leadership and management tools to their roles as business owners in a written “game-plan”.
