Join us for a weekly 60-90 minute mindfulness, meditation, yoga drop-in.
Each session will include tips and suggestions for exploring mindfulness in your daily routine.
End your week on the right note with mindfulness suited for all levels. Some teaching and guidance will be given to support your practice.
