NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2017 Annual General Meeting of the membership of the Airdrie Chamber of Commerce for the following purposes:

To receive the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2016 and the financial review report thereon;
To receive the 2016 - 2017 Annual Report to Members;
To conduct election for vacant positions on the Board of Directors

All Chamber Members in good standing are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting and will be entitled to one vote per member company at the meeting.
