With a background in tourism and in overseeing operations for the provincially operated visitor information centres\, Shannon has been working with the province for over 20 years. She has many years of customer service and tourism business promotion experience\, including as a travel counsellor promoting tourism throughout Alberta and overseeing the tourism Photo & Video Library\, which distributed visual materials to media and tourism operators for Alberta promotion purposes. In her free time\, Shannon is pursuing her Bachelor of Applied Human Service Administration and chasing her 2.5 year old son and 6 month bernedoodle puppy around the house.\n\n\n\nPlease submit your advanced questions in the "comments" section when registering to attend this FREE event for members.
