DESCRIPTION:When any business reopens its doors\, it will have to do so in line with new mandatory health & safety guidelines.\n\n\n\n\n\nTo help you best prepare for reopening your premises again\, this workshop will cover key issues regarding reopening and returning to the workplace\, including:\n\n	Bringing staff back and dealing with those who don't want to return.\n	Creating a COVID-safe environment when you reopen (COVID-19 staff training).\n	Developing a COVID-19 Response Plan in the event of a new case at work.\n	How to handle vaccinations in the workplace.\n	How to meet your duty of care to safeguard employee health and wellbeing.\n\n\n\nPeninsula Representatives:  \n\nBob Condon- Business Development Manager\n\nIn 2019 Bob helped launch Peninsula Employment services in Alberta and he has since been facilitating the delivery of best-in-class people management strategies and digital technology tools.
