DESCRIPTION:The Airdrie Chamber of Commerce and the Okotoks Chamber of Commerce have teamed up to bring you Motivational March!  Join our Chamber's (virtually) for a much needed dose of motivation as we find ourselves one year into the global pandemic.  \n\n\n\nSpecial Guest Speaker: \n\nEvan Weselake\, Certified Executive Coach/Facilitator \n\n\n\nPresentation Topic: \n\nResilience\n\n\n\nIt's not just about bouncing back. It is also about adapting and facing unknown or changing environments. Resilience is about finding the energy\, the self-discipline and the focus to continue to Get things Done!\n\n\n\nIn this session Evan will outline:\n\n	4 Pillars of Engagement\; individual or team.\n	Signs that your resilience is slipping and what to do. \n	Share his own stories of Resilience and parallels between high performance sport and business.\n	What he sees happening right now with the levels of focus and discipline across Alberta and Canada.\n	Tell some great stories of getting re-focused and thriving under pressure.\n\n\n\nSpeaker Background:  \n\nWorking with Quantum Learning Inc\, Evan was a pioneer in Performance Management in Western Canada. He has over two decades' experience authoring and delivering professional development programs for senior leaders\, and middle managers. He has over 14\,000 hours as a facilitator and counting.
