DESCRIPTION:Dachshund Dash at Century Downs \n\n\n\nGet ready for an afternoon of fun for the whole family as the Dachshund Dash returns to Century Downs!\n\n\n\nJoin us on Saturday\, August 30 for a friendly\, non-wagering event featuring these adorable four-legged racers\, taking place after live horse racing concludes.\n\n\n\nHorse racing begins at 12:45 PM\, with Dachshund races scheduled to start around 4:00 PM\, depending on the number of horse races on the card.\n\n\n\nMake sure to try the Special Hot Dog Menu! \n\n\n\nAlberta Dachshund Rescue will be on site hosting a 50/50!\n\n\n\nParachutes For Pets will be hosting their thrifty animal pet shop!\n\n\n\nScreaming Retriever Brewing Co will have a sampling and their beers on sale at all bars for the day!\n\n\n\nHappy Dogs Wine will have a sampling and their wines will be on sale at all the bars for the day!\n\n\n\nPetland has sponsored our prizes for 1st\, 2nd\, and 3rd for the Dachshund races and will be on site with giveaways to all pets who attend!\n\n\n\nAdmission and parking are FREE\, so bring the whole family and experience the excitement!\n\n\n\nPure breed and Mixes are allowed to compete\, as long as they have some Dachshund in them!
