DESCRIPTION:Often entrepreneurs would rather 'do' than plan\, however\, a business plan is an important tool for managing and growing your business.  Attend this workshop to find out the important times to update your plan as well as learn about a few key financial ratios to help you make better business decisions.\n\n\n\nSpeakers:\n\n\n\nJodie Eckert\, MBA\, helps build strong business communities through her key contributions to a wide range of economic development projects.  Jodie believes that learning should be something you do your whole life and that training and education for entrepreneurs build strong business communities.  She also loves to share her enthusiasm for planning with small business and non-profit organizations.\n\n\n\nKen has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and a CMA/CPA accounting designation. He worked in the financial services industry\, both in administration and business lending\, for 23 years before switching to an accounting role with an oil & gas company for eight years. He returned to the financial services industry in April 2017 with CFCWest. Ken has assisted numerous entrepreneurs with their business plans throughout his career.
