Please note:  This is a safe space to ask absolutely any question. \n\n\n\nPresenter Information\n\n\n	Kiersten Mohr:  After fifteen years as a technical and leadership professional in the Oil and Gas Industry\, Kiersten embarked on the most significant challenge of her life: gender transition. Recently\, she stepped out of her role in the Oil and Gas Industry and founded Terra Firma Transition Consulting. She also volunteers on multiple boards\, including being the President of Airdrie Pride Society\, and is finishing a Bachelor of Psychology. \n	Rhianne Fiolka - Rhianne is passionate about Equity\, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI)\, consistently integrating EDI initiatives through work as a Public Engagement Consultant. Her passion for community is exemplified through her  extensive volunteer roles as Planning and Development Community Liaison with the Community Association of Mount Pleasant\, Community Engagement Director with the Airdrie Pride Society and Founder and Facilitator of QueereadsYYC.\n	Melissa Willmott - Melissa is a mother\, volunteer\, and advocate for Indigenous\, disability\, and queer rights.
