2025 Community Spirit - Non-Profit Award - Nomination Form
Thank you for taking the time to nominate a deserving non-profit organization for the Community Spirit Award.
This award recognizes a registered non-profit organization that has been operating for a minimum of two years and consistently demonstrates an exceptional commitment to serving and uplifting the community. Through impactful programming, resources, services, and support, the organization contributes meaningfully to the social well-being and quality of life in the region. Nominees exemplify core values such as collaboration, compassion, impact, and community leadership.
Eligibility Criteria
- Please refer to the map located on the Award Process page (https://bit.ly/ARBA-map) to ensure the non-profit you are nominating is within the region the Chamber serves.
- Must be a registered non-profit organization or incorporated as a society.
- Operating for a minimum of two years.
- The majority of programs/services offered must be geared towards the community.
- Nominees are not eligible if they have received this award within the past five years.
Award Criteria
- Community Impact - demonstrates meaningful and measurable contributions to the community’s social well-being and quality of life through programs, services, or support.
- Innovation & Responsiveness - adapts to meet emerging community needs through creative approaches, partnerships, or initiatives.
- Leadership - demonstrates leadership in driving positive change across the region.
NOTES: Only one submission per business or organization is required to be nominated. Self-nominations are accepted in this category. The ARBA planning committee reserves the right to reallocate nominees into the appropriate award category if they are determined to be ineligible in the Community Spirit Award category.
