            • 2025 Greatest Impact Award - Nomination Form

              Thank you for taking the time to nominate a deserving business for the Greatest Impact Award.

              This award recognizes a business that has been operating for at least two (2) years and has made a significant and lasting impact on the community. The recipient demonstrates an exceptional commitment to philanthropy, volunteerism, and community betterment. Nominees should show leadership in giving back—whether through charitable initiatives, community partnerships, employee volunteerism, sponsorships, or advocacy—helping to make the community a better place to live, work, and do business.

              Eligibility Criteria
              - Please refer to the map located on the Award Process page (https://bit.ly/ARBA-map) to ensure the business you are nominating is within the region the Chamber serves.
              - The business must be operating for a minimum of two years.
              - Nominees are not eligible if they have received this award within the past five years.

              Award Criteria
              - Philanthropy - actively contributes to charitable causes, non-profits, or community projects through financial donations, sponsorships, or in-kind support.
              - Volunteerism - encourages and facilitates involvement in community service or volunteer programs.
              - Community Leadership – demonstrates leadership in creating meaningful, positive impact within the community.

              NOTES: Only one submission per business or organization is required to be nominated. Self-nominations are accepted in this category. The ARBA planning committee reserves the right to reallocate nominees into the appropriate award category if they are determined to be ineligible in the Greatest Impact Award category.
              All nominations remain anonymous.
